Great service and helpful staff throughout the stay. The location was perfect, close to the shopping center. The room was comfortable and clean, with good soundproofing. , the breakfast was delicious and they had a good variety of options.
The restaurant was a bit overpriced and the service was slow during dinner. The room temperature was quite difficult to control, and we had to turn on and off the AC frequently to get it right.

Helpful staff, the hotel met requirements. Location and good breakfast. Local fast food option Mcdonalds Restaurant was 20 minutes walk away. Gala Bingo was within a 25-min walk - very convenient.

The hotel is located on a big roundabout on the motorway network, making it easily accessible and convenient for travelers. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and facilities that suited the needs of our party, including my 90-year-old father. The breakfast offered a help yourself buffet with a variety of options.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel near Lakeside Shopping Centre. the location was perfect as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the room was comfortable and clean, with USB charging points by the bed, which was convenient. the staff at the restaurant were friendly and even gave out free toys to the children. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with hot and cold options constantly replenished.
Check-in was a bit of a hassle with two machines out of order and no one around to assist us.

Convenient location near shopping area and great room rates if booked early. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the check-in system. Breakfast was first class, with a variety of food and attentive service.
Restaurant service and food quality were below average. Long waiting times, inattentive staff and poor quality food made for a sub-standard dining experience.
